Frequently asked questions

What happens during a mobile IV visit?

Berenice arrives at your home, hotel, or office, reviews your intake, sets up a sterile IV line, and stays with you for the full session (typically 30–60 min).

Is this safe? Are you really a nurse?

Yes. Every visit is led by Berenice Espinoza, a Certified Nurse Practitioner. We use sterile, single-use supplies and pharmaceutical-grade ingredients.

How is my health information protected?

We are HIPAA-compliant. Your intake forms, treatment notes, and contact info are encrypted, access-controlled, and never sold or shared.

What are your hours?

Regular in-home appointments are Fridays and Saturdays, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. After-hours and Sunday visits may be available by request for an additional $100 fee (subject to availability). Text Berenice directly at (928) 352-2500 to arrange.

How do I reach Berenice with a question or booking request?

The fastest way is a text message to (928) 352-2500. She replies personally between appointments.
