Meet Berenice Espinoza

Certified Nurse Practitioner | Functional & Nutritional Health Practitioner

Berenice Espinoza, Certified Nurse Practitioner and owner of Hydrate or DieDrate IV Therapy.

Berenice Espinoza is a certified nurse practitioner with a passion for helping people feel restored, energized, and supported in their health journey. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, she spent five years as an oncology nurse, an experience that shaped her compassionate, attentive approach to care and deepened her understanding of the unique needs of people navigating complex health challenges.

Today, Berenice works as a primary care provider and brings her clinical experience together with her certification in functional and nutritional health. Her approach looks beyond symptoms to consider the whole person, including hydration, nutrition, lifestyle, and potential root contributors to wellness concerns. For clients who want to explore their health more deeply, she offers a thoughtful, holistic perspective designed to complement—not replace—their established medical care.

For the past three years, Berenice has also provided mobile IV hydration services. She loves seeing clients leave feeling refreshed and better equipped to return to the activities they enjoy. Her services are designed to support a wide range of wellness needs, including hydration after outdoor work or strenuous activity, travel and altitude exposure, post-illness recovery, post-procedure hydration when medically appropriate, occasional overindulgence, fatigue, and general wellness. She also has experience administering high-dose vitamin C under appropriate clinical screening and oversight as supportive care for eligible clients, including some individuals living with cancer or autoimmune conditions. IV therapy is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure disease and should not replace care from a physician or specialist.

Every IV is personally delivered by me — I'm the owner and a Certified Nurse Practitioner. I take pride in providing attentive care and using high-quality IV hydration products for every client I see.

After recently moving to the Sedona area, Berenice is excited to serve the community she now calls home. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, spending time in nature, and being with her husband, children, granddaughters, and dogs. Sedona has always helped her feel grounded and recharged, and she is grateful to combine that love of the area with her clinical expertise—helping others recharge through personalized hydration, vitamins, minerals, and compassionate care.
