Terms of Service

1. Service

Hydrate or Diedrate ("we", "us") provides an online appointment booking and business management platform for clinics and beauty businesses, available at hydrateordiedrate.com. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your password confidential. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

3. Bookings

When you book an appointment through Hydrate or Diedrate, you enter into an agreement directly with the clinic or business providing the service. Hydrate or Diedrate is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for the services provided by the business.

4. SMS program — Hydrate or Diedrate Appointment Notifications

Program name: Hydrate or Diedrate Appointment Notifications.

Description: When you provide your phone number on the Hydrate or Diedrate booking page, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to your appointment.

Message types: booking received (awaiting confirmation), booking confirmed, booking declined, rescheduled, cancelled, running-late notice, and appointment reminders.

Message frequency: typically 1–5 messages per appointment.

Cost: Msg & data rates may apply. Hydrate or Diedrate does not charge for SMS, but your mobile carrier may.

HELP: Reply HELP to any message for support, or email support@hydrateordiedrate.com.

STOP: Reply STOP to any message to immediately unsubscribe from all SMS notifications. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further SMS to your number.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: We do not share or sell phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Cancellation & no-shows

Cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policies are set by each individual clinic. Please cancel or reschedule with as much notice as possible to be respectful of your provider's time.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to gain unauthorized access, sending spam, harassing others, scraping data, or interfering with the Service's operation.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hydrate or Diedrate will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
